  1. Add the nuts to the food processor and pulse until minced
  2. Add the seeds, cinnamon, and salt - pulse to blend
  3. Add the dried fruit
  4. Run in high speed until the mixture comes together in a ball. Scraping down the sides as needed
  5. Spread evenly onto a pan
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing into rectangles
